Oseian Dalaran was the wife of Evru Dalar. He killed her.

Life[]

Oseian lived in Aveio.[1] She married Evru.

At some point, after Thara Celehar came to work in Aveio as a prelate, Evru and Thara became lovers.

Oseian treated Evru badly, seemingly to the level of some form of abuse.[1] Thara was unable to help him, and the local hierophant and/or othas'ala knew Evru and Thara “were lovers and considering it an abomination, would not help him. And so, in fear and hatred and utmost despair, he killed his wife and flung her body in a dry well, hoping it would not be found, and no questions would be asked."[1]

But Oseian’s "family was strong in that town, and they did not rest until they had found her, with hunting cats and mongooses following her scent, and then they brought her body to the Ulimeire.”[1] They petitioned Thara to Witness for her, and Thara saw clearly that Evru was the murderer, and told the truth to the authorities about what he saw.
